Executive Assistant to Investor Relations

A leading asset management firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Investor Relations team. This individual will provide high-level administrative and organizational support in a fast-paced, highly professional environment and will work closely with senior members of the team.

The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and accustomed to working with senior executives and professionals within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior members of the Investor Relations team
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, meetings, and competing priorities
• Coordinate internal and external meetings with investors, clients, and senior stakeholders
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence
• Assist with investor meetings, events, and other team initiatives
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion
• Coordinate across internal teams and external contacts to ensure seamless execution
• Anticipate needs and proactively address administrative and logistical matters

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within asset management or financial services
• Experience supporting senior-level executives or investment professionals
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Compensation & Benefits

• $170,000–$200,000 total compensation, dependent on experience
