Key Responsibilities\n

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to support clinical excellence.

• Serve as a liaison with various state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to ensure coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and external partners to promote the agency’s mission and enhance community integration.

• Participate in outreach and advocacy efforts to build relationships with potential funding sources and community collaborators.

• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops, conferences, and maintaining a presence in relevant task forces and committees.

• Support the Clinic Director in various operational duties and contribute to a positive team environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and those needing support for developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Independent LMHC License issued by the state board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
