Key Responsibilities Conduct remote therapy sessions for a variety of clients, utilizing telehealth technology to create a safe and welcoming virtual space. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs, preferences, and goals, using evidence-based practices and modalities. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment progress through our secure digital platform, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. Current active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado. Proven experience in providing therapy services, particularly in a remote or telehealth format. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport and a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, allowing for effective scheduling and follow-up with clients. Preferred Experience Experience with specific modalities of therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Prior experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly valued. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and crisis intervention strategies. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
