Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Central Cure Network, you will:

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions, creating a safe and welcoming environment for dialogue and exploration.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Address a range of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, domestic conflicts, and adjustment issues associated with separation and divorce.

• Offer family therapy sessions to address dynamics that may involve various family members, ensuring comprehensive support.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies as required.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment plans that adhere to legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities to strengthen therapeutic skills and enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations encompassing adults, children, and adolescents. Your case load may include individuals facing challenges such as:

• Substance use disorders.
\n
• Historical or current experiences of abuse (emotional, physical, psychological).
\n
• Adjusting to new family dynamics, including blended families and parenting challenges.
\n
• Communication barriers among family members.
\n
• Support for clients coping with significant life changes and stresses.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
