Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' psychological and emotional issues effectively. This foundational step ensures a precise understanding of the client’s unique circumstances.

• Design and implement individualized therapy programs that directly address the needs, goals, and struggles of each client, utilizing tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other relevant modalities.

• Lead evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions aimed at facilitating personal growth and deeper understanding of relational dynamics.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment, integrating varying perspectives for a comprehensive care plan.

• Support and educate clients’ families throughout the therapeutic process, empowering them to contribute positively to their loved one’s healing journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulations, using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.
