About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, with a focus on managing priorities, operations, and internal communications. The role also involves managing cross-functional projects, assisting in capital-raising efforts, and developing and implementing organizational strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field, and 8-15 years' of experience in Chief of Staff, HR, operations, or related roles within high-performance industries. The role requires proven expertise in organizational development, HR strategy, and process improvement, as well as strong project management skills and high emotional intelligence.
