Senior Billing Specialist

Kforce's client, a growing organization in the construction industry located in the St. Louis, MO area, is seeking an experienced Senior Billing Specialist to support project-based invoicing and accounting operations within a construction-focused environment. This full-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing project-based billing processes. • Prepare and process project invoices
• Review contracts, change orders, and billing documentation
• Manage progress billing, retainage, and final billings
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate invoicing
• Resolve billing issues and maintain project records
• Support compliance documentation and job-cost adjustments
• 2+ years of billing or accounting experience
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Vista/Viewpoint experience a plus
