Legal Administrative Assistant Liberty Office AllTex Personnel Inc.

Good afternoon,

AllTex Personnel is currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Liberty, TX office. This role is essential in assisting taxpayers by answering phone calls, addressing inquiries related to property or legal notices, and facilitating payment agreements or payoff arrangements. The assistant will also handle general administrative duties and may be assigned special projects.

We're looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in computer applications. Exceptional communication and a professional, friendly demeanor are key. Whether you're an experienced legal administrative professional or an entry-level candidate eager to grow in the legal field, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience.

Note: This position requires occasional driving (approximately 10%), especially after the temporary period ends.
