Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, providing tailored therapeutic interventions that foster rapport and trust while adhering to professional ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, address hurdles, and determine suitable treatment modalities.
\n
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives for each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to track client developments and inform treatment adjustments.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to support clients in navigating their mental health journeys.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development to refine your clinical skills and stay updated with the latest in mental health practices.

• Work collaboratively with a network of healthcare providers, sharing insights and strategies to offer comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation.

• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort and proficiency in conducting intake assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Journey Counseling Hub offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our compensation package is designed to support our clinicians while ensuring work-life balance and financial stability.
