Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a varied caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to established professional ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate clients' progress towards their therapeutic goals, adjust treatment plans, and determine discharge readiness as appropriate.

• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address the unique challenges and needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and assessments that reflect changes in behavior or circumstance.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather relevant information that informs treatment strategies and clinical decisions.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practices and ensure continual professional growth.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.
\n
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to ensure efficient and thorough documentation.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to diverse populations and performing intake assessments effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a background in providing family therapy.

• Strong familiarity with integrated treatment models that incorporate medical and psychological care.

• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development, including completing CEUs on various mental health topics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures that you are compensated promptly, with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections. Additionally, bonus opportunities are available to reward exceptional performance.
