Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments of clients, understanding their unique backgrounds and mental health histories.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments that reflect best practices in mental health care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using therapeutic modalities that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and continuous care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, training, and supervision sessions, to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with the latest research and methodologies.

• Regularly evaluate clients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Proactively recommend and implement strategies that enhance patient care and contribute to the clinic’s overall program efficacy and quality of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must possess an active license in your state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) and meet all regulatory requirements.

• Minimum of two years of experience working directly with individuals dealing with emotional or psychological challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
