Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices that are culturally responsive.

• Create and maintain accurate clinical documentation that complies with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that client records are managed securely.

• Participate in regular clinical consultations and peer supervision to enhance professional skills and discuss complex cases, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Act as an advocate for clients, engaging with external systems such as schools, healthcare providers, and legal entities when necessary to promote client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on individuals facing a range of emotional and systemic challenges, particularly those involved in detoxification and recovery processes. Our client demographics often include marginalized groups such as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals, immigrants and refugees, as well as low-income populations who require tailored interventions that respect their unique experiences. You will play a vital role in helping these clients navigate their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating a robust understanding of mental health issues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Extensive knowledge and experience in diagnostic formulation and trauma-informed care.

• Experience working with diverse populations, especially those facing systemic barriers to care.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth systems such as SimplePractice and Zoom.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
