Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to facilitate therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a strong connection with our team and clients. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate the scheduling requirements of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' individual needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health issues, providing clients with community and engagement.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to guarantee holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and guidance.

• Educate patients about mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources to further empower their journey to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
