Performance Creative Strategist

Role Description

We're looking for a Paid Media Portfolio Manager with experience in Meta advertising for DTC brands. This is a hybrid role because you will analyze Meta ad account metrics to determine what converts, and then directly write scripts and direct UGC creators to build those winning ads. You'll manage both internal content teams and external UGC creators, while keeping your hands on the Meta Ads account to ensure every dollar is spent on creatives that actually convert. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ad creative development, from concept to published asset.
• Manage and direct internal content teams and external UGC creators to scale production.
• Own the Meta Ads Manager account—campaign structure, budgeting, and daily optimization.
• Analyze creative performance data and translate insights into actionable creative briefs.
• Continuously test new angles, formats, and hooks while killing underperformers fast.
• Stay ahead of DTC creative trends to ensure our ads remain fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Meta Ads for DTC brands (proven track record of driving ROAS).
• Strong understanding of what makes creative convert—hooks, thumbstoppers, copy, and formatting.
• Experience leading or directing creative teams (internal and/or external UGC creators).
• Ability to balance creative intuition with performance data to make rapid decisions.
• Excellent communication and briefing skills to align teams around clear goals.
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and scaling winning concepts.
