Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual sessions, family therapy, and group interventions for various mental health issues.

• Implement diverse therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care, integrating various perspectives and expertise.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
