Position Summary We are seeking a

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

to provide school-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The COTA will work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and families to help students improve functional, motor, sensory, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings. Assist students with fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills. Document therapy sessions and student progress. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families. Maintain compliance with school, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current COTA certification and state licensure (or eligibility). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
