Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional states to identify needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing a spectrum of issues, such as anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Engage in couples therapy to assist partners in enhancing their communication skills, resolving conflicts, and building stronger relationships.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, ensuring clients’ voices are heard in their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and updates on treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Team up with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that meets all of the clients' needs.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring immediate care solutions are implemented effectively.

• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices to enhance your clinical effectiveness and provide clients with the most current care.

• Participate in ongoing training to continually refine your skills and knowledge base.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

• Advocate for clients' rights, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their treatment and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
