Accounts Payable Processor

Currently, we have an Accounts Payable Processor opportunity with America's leading luxury home builder, has been creating dream homes in the best locations nationwide for over 55 years. The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:
- Processing monthly field invoices for assigned projects and/or divisions.
- Assisting with weekly check run reviews to ensure deadlines are met.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Required qualifications for the position include :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
Preferred qualifications for the position include :
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience.
- Prior exposure to Oracle JDE or Concur.
Additional notes for the position: This is an entry-level role, and training will be provided. Pay Rate : $24.00 - $25.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
