Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new clients to identify their mental health concerns and create tailored treatment plans that align with their specific goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will assist are pre-screened, stable individuals with low acuity mental health issues. Your ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and maintain their trust will be pivotal in fostering positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active state license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note that we cannot accept applications from interns or those holding limited permits requiring supervision.

• Exceptional communication skills both in writing and verbally, enabling you to build rapport with clients and document case notes efficiently.

• A clean disciplinary record concerning your professional license is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience. Full-time counselors will also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring you have a robust health plan tailored to your needs.
