Inside Sales Manager: Lead High-Impact Team to Grow Revenue

Our client, a growing electrical manufacturer, is hiring an inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team focused on electrical and lighting products. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across inbound and outbound sales channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and enjoys coaching teams while staying close to the customer. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day inside sales operations, including quoting, order management, and customer follow-up Partner with outside sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on strategy and execution Build and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and conversion rates Monitor pipeline activity, sales metrics, and KPIs; provide regular reporting and insights to leadership Support key accounts and step in on complex quotes, product inquiries, or escalations as needed Train team members on product knowledge across electrical and lighting lines Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing customer relationships Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem resolution Qualifications 5+ years of experience in inside sales or adjacent role Experience within electrical, lighting, manufacturing, or industrial distribution strongly preferred Strong understanding of sales operations, quoting processes, and CRM systems Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams to meet or exceed targets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr Boston Hire
