About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the next phase of its aggressive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable sales strategy, building and leading a high-performing B2B sales team, and driving predictable revenue growth. This hands-on leadership role requires a strategic yet tactical approach, with a focus on coaching and developing sales leaders, optimizing pipeline performance, and partnering with marketing to accelerate customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly within the small and mid-sized business market, and will be adept at balancing the demands of a high-growth environment with the need for disciplined sales leadership. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' progressive B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a strong background in leading high-growth software organizations. The role demands a leader with a proven ability to exceed revenue targets, experience in building and scaling SMB-focused sales teams, and a talent for coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management.
