Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic care through live video sessions for adults experiencing a range of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate effectively with the Brightside psychiatric providers to create comprehensive treatment plans, integrating various therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Document clinical interactions and treatment plans efficiently using our user-friendly therapist portal, which supports streamlined documentation processes.
\n
• Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to ensure quality of care and receive guidance as needed.
\n
• Conduct talk therapy for individuals aged 13 years and older, as well as couples, utilizing evidence-based psychotherapy techniques such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

• Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and security protocols, ensuring the confidentiality and protection of patient health information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing multifaceted emotional challenges, allowing you to apply your expertise in a setting that values individualized, culturally competent care.
