Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous video calls to a diverse adult clientele struggling with emotional disorders.

• Collaborating closely with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to develop comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilizing automatically administered symptom assessments and functional improvement measures to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Maintaining clinical documentation in a timely manner using our efficient therapist portal, ensuring compliance with all HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

• Providing compassionate talk therapy to individuals aged 13 years and older and couples, employing various evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy.

• Committing to measurement-based care to continuously enhance treatment effectiveness.
