Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous live video to adults experiencing a variety of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement, and goal progress measures to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation through our digital therapist portal, which is designed for ease-of-use and enhanced efficiency.
\n
• Provide individual and couple therapy (ages 13 and up) using various evidence-based methodologies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

• Commit to measurement-based care by regularly reviewing and documenting treatment outcomes and adjustments.
\n
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and security.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents aged 13 and up, with a diverse range of emotional and relational challenges. You will be equipped to support clients with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health conditions. By employing a collaborative approach, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care solutions that cater to our clients’ unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.

• An active and current State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
