Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate client's emotional and psychological conditions, establishing a baseline for treatment.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans, setting realistic therapeutic goals and outlining actionable steps to reach them.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on the specific needs and responses of your clients.

• Monitor and track clients’ progress regularly, making timely adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and support promptly, utilizing crisis management expertise to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal laws, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies.

• Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach, working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health to incorporate best practices into your therapeutic work.

Qualifications\n
