Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse range of individuals seeking therapy for various concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and coping strategies. You will cater to both adults and adolescents, ensuring that your approaches are developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a mental health counselor—candidates must possess one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients virtually.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
