Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, using clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, employing a range of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques in individual and group settings.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and support that cater to the complete spectrum of client needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources to clients in distress, creating a safe environment during emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
