Qualifications 3-4 years of recent experience as a Sales Desk Manager in California REQUIRED High Volume desking experience REQUIRED Used Car Background PREFERRED HIGHLY V Auto/CDK experience PREFERRED Highline experience PREFERRED Strong organizational skills REQUIRED Team player attitude REQUIRED The California pay range for this position is $125,000.00-200,000.00 annually. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
