Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the psychological and emotional needs of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with adults and adolescents who are navigating various stages of recovery from substance use disorders. You will encounter a diverse client population, each with unique backgrounds, challenges, and needs. Your approach to therapy will be holistic, considering the social, emotional, and psychological aspects of recovery. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW , LPC , or LMFT within the state of Georgia.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery methodologies, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy specifically in addiction treatment settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental approach to patient care.

• Proficient in maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to ethical guidelines, and ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and the ability to utilize technology effectively in treatment planning and documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position includes a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses. We also offer a sign-on bonus to new hires joining our team.
