Client Accounts Payable Coordinator

About the Role We are looking to add another reliable and detail-oriented entry-level Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to our accounting team. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in accounting or legal work. The primary responsibilities includeaccuratedata entry,maintainingfinancial records, and providing clerical support. This role would be 5x in office based out of our Midtown Manhattan office. You Will: Accurately compile and record client and business expenses. Upload expense documents to the firm’s case management system and digital files. Perform scanning, mailing, and other clerical tasks. Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Make outgoing calls to vendors and clients for verification purposes. Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy. Administrative Tasks such as scanning, mailing, and filing. You Have: Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Quicklearnerwith the ability to adapt to new systems and databases. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but notrequired.
