Job Description Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents Manage written discovery, document review, and case strategy support Prepare for and attend depositions, court appearances, and hearings Assist with trial preparation and overall litigation support Conduct legal research and write clearly and persuasively Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court in a professional manner Manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple active matters effectively Work closely with senior attorneys while also taking ownership of substantive assignments Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in New Jersey 2+ years of directly relevant civil litigation experience Strong knowledge of NJ litigation process, procedures, and rules Experience with discovery and motion practice Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple deadlines Motivated to grow in an in-office, team-oriented environment Why You Will Love Working Here Real mentorship and daily access to experienced attorneys Substantive litigation experience that helps accelerate your development Collegial, professional team environment Strong platform for a junior attorney who wants to grow the right way High-quality work with meaningful client exposure and responsibility
