Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use concerns, identifying their strengths, challenges, and personalized treatment needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive treatment plans with measurable goals to track clients' progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to ensure seamless and coordinated care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessments, safety planning, and immediate support, to clients facing acute crises.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them to necessary community resources and case management services that extend beyond our center.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and break down barriers to treatment for underserved populations.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population experiencing various mental health challenges, particularly those related to substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
