Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. We understand that our clients have varied schedules, and as such, you may be required to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate their needs. You will interact with clients primarily through teletherapy sessions, utilizing secure telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, their strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and routinely evaluate personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage in inter-professional collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary, ensuring immediate support for at-risk clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to the integrity of client records and treatment histories.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and peer support groups to promote therapeutic engagement and community building among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
