Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Standard Arizona Secondary Teaching License required
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Special Education licensure strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience teaching English, covering reading, writing, and comprehension
• Background in both General and Special Education settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators as a co-teacher
• Committed to on-site instruction; remote (voco) arrangements are not available

Primary Responsibilities:

• Co-teach designated English classes, focusing on reading, writing, and comprehension skills
• Develop and implement creative strategies that address the needs of both general education and special education students
• Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to enhance students’ learning experiences
• Maintain clear and timely records of student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed
