Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and regular follow-up sessions with clients to determine their mental health status and therapeutic needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and traumatic stress. You will engage with diverse populations, helping clients from all walks of life, acknowledging their unique backgrounds, and employing culturally competent practices to promote effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of New Jersey is essential.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n
