Make a real impact supporting students’ communication growth in the San Juan Capistrano area as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist this school year. This contract opportunity provides services across preschool, elementary, and middle school settings, providing variety and the chance to work with a wide range of ages and needs. Assignments are on-site, covering leaves of absence, with possibilities for future extensions, making this an ideal fit for professionals seeking steady work and meaningful engagement.

You’ll collaborate with educational teams to deliver assessments, create individualized intervention plans, and help students develop essential speech and language skills. Each SLP will support an average caseload of about 55 students.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license
• Experience in educational settings preferred (preschool, elementary, or middle)
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently with strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to delivering therapy on-site and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and determine treatment needs
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student goals
• Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
• Monitor, document, and report student progress
• Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families
• Ensure compliance with school and state policies
