You’ll be working full-time, five days per week, with roles available in a preschool, an elementary, and a middle school—all within the San Juan Capistrano area. Assignments are centered around Leave of Absence coverage, with start and end dates to be confirmed (likely a mid-October start, through December with the possibility to extend through the school year). Your expertise will support an average caseload of about 55 students per SLP, offering personalized interventions and collaborating with compassionate school teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to varied school environments
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and cultural competence

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy services to students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
• Adapt therapy activities to meet the individual needs of each student
