Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity working with students in the San Juan Capistrano area this school year. We are seeking three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person support across preschool, elementary, and middle school settings. This assignment covers a leave of absence, with an anticipated start around mid-October and the potential to continue through the end of the school year.

As a valued SLP, you will work full-time, five days per week, collaborating closely with supportive education teams to empower students of varying ages and backgrounds. Each SLP will maintain a manageable caseload averaging about 55 students, focusing on developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that foster communication skills and academic growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license (required)
• Previous experience working in school settings, ideally at preschool, elementary, or middle school level
• Proficiency planning and delivering therapy for diverse ages and abilities
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to assigned student populations
• Conduct assessments and create individualized education plans
• Collaborate with classroom staff and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to positive learning environments
