The Opportunity

This is a pure hunter role designed for a proven freight sales professional who knows how to open doors, close shipper accounts, and build a profitable book of business. This is not an SDR, farming, or account-maintenance role. You will be expected to generate net-new business and convert it into sustained freight volume.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and acquire new shipper accounts through cold calling, email outreach, and targeted prospecting
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through contract execution and initial freight ramp-up
• Identify shipper pain points and position tailored brokerage solutions
• Build and grow a sustainable book of business with repeatable volume
• Partner with operations to ensure seamless post-sale execution
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in CRM systems

What You Bring

• 3+ years of proven freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
• Ability to bring an existing book of shipper relationships, with demonstrated volume and revenue is preferred
• Documented success closing net-new shipper accounts
• Strong cold-calling, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of freight brokerage economics and margin discipline
• Self-directed, competitive, and accountable mindset
