Responsibilities include guiding the patient experience, serving as the primary point of contact for orthodontic consultations, creating a welcoming and supportive experience for patients and parents while guiding them through the next steps in care. Presenting treatment plans, working closely with the orthodontist to review and present personalized treatment plans, ensuring families clearly understand clinical recommendations, treatment timing, and expected outcomes. Supporting treatment acceptance, confidently discussing treatment options, answering questions, and reviewing financial arrangements so families feel comfortable moving forward with orthodontic care. Coordinating records and appointments, capturing orthodontic records including iTero scans and clinical photographs, verifying insurance benefits, and coordinating consultations, treatment starts, and follow-up appointments. Collaborating with the Camp Smile team, partnering with pediatric and orthodontic providers along with business team members to deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience from consultation through treatment.

What we offer includes a competitive salary based on experience, starting at $20+ per hour DOE.
