Work Environment\n

The LPCC position is designed for a remote professional based in Redlands, California, allowing for flexibility while providing essential services in an outpatient office context. You will engage in telehealth counseling sessions with clients from various backgrounds, offering you the chance to utilize innovative virtual platforms for service delivery. While our primary counseling services occur from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, our remote setup demands adaptability and effective communication as key components of your work.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client-centered approach involves understanding the complexities of each individual’s experience and developing tailored strategies to help them heal and grow. As a mental health counselor, you will promote resilience and hope, helping clients navigate their personal journeys toward better mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LPCC license issued by the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.

• At least 2 years of hands-on clinical counseling experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care principles.
