Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as exercise programs, manual therapy, and assistive technology, to address each patient's unique needs.
• Monitor and document patients' progress diligently, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Reassess and implement new therapeutic strategies when patients show variances in their recovery path.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, including proper use of assistive devices and self-care strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuous education workshops and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
