Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Freehold, New Jersey. Our facility is designed to support a wide range of therapeutic interventions, offering a warm, encouraging atmosphere conducive to healing. Your daily schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, consisting of 40 hours per week, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic as you develop meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations to devise effective treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities aimed at aiding rehabilitation, enhancing strength, and restoring functional mobility across diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to maximize patient outcomes, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment decisions.
• Educate patients and their families on effective rehabilitation strategies, lifestyle modifications, and home exercises that promote long-term recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment protocols, ensuring seamless communication among the healthcare team.
• Foster a supportive patient environment while providing exceptional customer service, thereby enhancing his/her overall experience and recovery journey.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization goals and contribute to the overall success of the facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population at Texoma Care Physical Therapy encompasses a wide range of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support Certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficient in using word processing and documentation systems to maintain patient records.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with patients, supporting them in exceeding their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is highly preferred.
• At least two years of relevant experience in clinical settings is required.
• Current CPR certification must be maintained to provide lifesaving support as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
