Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient history, perform specific physical assessments, and establish treatment recommendations, ensuring accurate documentation of results.
• Clearly communicate evaluation findings and the resulting treatment plan to patients and their families, involving them actively in the goal-setting process to foster better outcomes.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and patient presentations, adapting methods in response to changes in the healthcare environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to consult on complex cases, recognizing and documenting any changes in patient conditions that necessitate adjustments in the plan of care.
