Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly serve adults and adolescents who present with a wide array of mental health concerns. Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, requiring flexible therapeutic approaches to accommodate their unique circumstances and cultural sensitivities.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• Substantial knowledge of mental health disorders, evidenced-based therapy techniques, and established treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments and designing effective treatment interventions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport effectively with patients and colleagues alike.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and associated software applications.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling delivering both individual and group therapy. Experience with telehealth platforms and an understanding of best practices in remote patient care will be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
