Work Environment

This position is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while remaining closely connected with your colleagues and clients. You will engage with clients through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform that facilitates individual therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online therapy sessions with clients, utilizing video conferencing tools to create an engaging and supportive atmosphere.
• Assess clients’ mental health needs through initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor personalized treatment strategies, adjusting them based on client feedback and progress tracking.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system to document therapy sessions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines to safeguard the welfare of clients while delivering mental health services.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

You will serve a diverse range of clients seeking mental health therapy, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering individual psychotherapy and a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Strong familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and a comfort level with technology to facilitate seamless client interactions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and maintain trust with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a virtual team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse client populations, with a focus on culturally competent care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and modalities.
• Prior experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
