Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each client’s unique stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals.

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in developing effective coping strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Lead group workshops and classes focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to create an integrated, comprehensive treatment plan that incorporates mindfulness as a core element.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions employed, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in personal mindfulness practice and commit to ongoing professional development, including training and education in mindfulness-based approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and emotional regulation difficulties. Our diverse client population includes adults of all ages, each seeking support tailored to their unique circumstances. The therapist's proactive approach in encouraging self-discovery and resilience will be essential to their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive:
