This role is fully remote, enabling you to support clients from your personal workspace while enjoying a flexible schedule. Your work hours will generally fall within a standard Monday-Friday framework from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to enhance clients' stress management and overall mental wellness.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify each client’s challenges, goals, and preferences regarding mindfulness practices.
\n
• Guide clients in evidence-based mindfulness exercises, such as meditation and breathing techniques, fostering greater self-awareness and emotional balance.
\n
• Facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and building resilience skills, promoting community engagement and support.
\n
• Incorporate mindfulness approaches into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns, thereby supporting clients in achieving their personal growth objectives.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to integrate mindfulness within comprehensive treatment plans, enhancing the overall effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring a clear record of therapeutic journeys.

• Engage in personal mindfulness practices and ongoing professional development to enrich your skills and contribute to the evolving field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals across diverse backgrounds who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. As a Therapist within our community health clinic, you will empower clients to cultivate resilience and discover their strengths while navigating their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Strong foundation in mindfulness practices and the ability to incorporate them into therapeutic settings.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of creating a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) preferred, though we are open to candidates willing to receive additional training.

• Experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
