Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate independent psychosocial diagnoses for students dealing with a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Collaborate closely with students to develop personalized, patient-centered treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
\n
• Employ a range of evidence-based behavioral interventions, utilizing techniques such as solution-focused treatment, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving strategies.

• Engage in interdisciplinary coordination with other professionals, including school psychologists, primary care providers, and community service organizations to create an integrated care approach.
\n
• Regularly monitor and document client progress towards established treatment goals, tracking outcomes through virtual check-ins and in-person evaluations when appropriate.

• Provide support for psychotropic medication management as prescribed, monitoring adherence and addressing any side effects or concerns related to treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students within the educational system who may be experiencing various mental health challenges. These might include anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and academic-related stresses. By fostering a supportive environment, you will help empower these young individuals to enhance their emotional resilience and capacity for success, both in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• At least 1 year of experience as an independently licensed therapist working with diverse populations.
\n

• Experience working within educational settings or with school-aged populations.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and their application with children and adolescents.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
