Work Environment\n

This role allows you to work remotely, providing flexibility while still being part of a dynamic and engaging team. Your working hours will typically be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, although some evening shifts may be required depending on patient availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and sensitive assessments of individuals seeking support for substance use disorders, determining their specific needs and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, focusing on the individual’s unique circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions using motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to foster therapeutic relationships and support recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other healthcare providers to offer an integrated approach to care that addresses physical, psychological, and social factors affecting recovery.

• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, coping strategies, and available community resources to enhance their support network.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proven experience in providing therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, specifically relating to addictive behaviors.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by potential bonuses and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
